Q How will I receive an ordered item if I live in another country?
Upon receiving full payment, we will ship you the ordered item(s) by insured post parcel or international courier services such as FedEx/DHL/UPS. All local taxes and duties will be for the account of the buyer.
 
Q Can I return a purchased items if I am not satisfied?
Should a jewellery item not meet your expectations, you may return it to us (postage prepaid) within 15 days for a full refund (less taxes and duties paid) provided that the item is received by us in its original condition.
 
Q How do I send an item back to you to be serviced?
You may send the item back to us using the same mode as you received it with clear instructions indicating the service required. Postage and insurance should be pre-paid. There may be a small charge for service if the repair/ replacement is not caused by faulty workmanship or material.
